Moscow Aviation-repair plant ROSTO, JSC performs the overhaul of Mi-2 helicopters of all modifications, AN-2 airplanes of all modifications, ASh-62IR engines, VR-2 main gearboxes. They offer planes AN-2 and helicopters MI-2 for sale. Moscow aviation-repair plant ROSTO, JSC is leading enterprise on overhaul and service of aviation technics of small aircraft. According to the statistics data, 90% of Mi-2 helicopters and 70% of An-2 planes maintained in Russia, have been overhauled at their plant. The plant history begins in 1939 when on the basis of Reutov aeroclub have been created Moscow regional aviation-repair shops ОСОАВИАХИМ. By the end of 1940 Moscow aviation-repair shops overhauled 5 Polikarpov Po-2 planes in a month. MARZ Airlines performs following flight operations: · Air photography; · Powerlines, gaslines air patrol; · Forest air patrol; · Agricultural aviation services; · Search and rescue aviation services; · Cargo and passenger operations. It is second contract in the last two years. The contract provides delivery of planes AN-2 for agriculture use within 2009 year. As a result of cooperation of MARZ ROSTO and Corporation of Civil Aviation of Cuba, park of planes An-2 has been updated almost for 30 percent. Last delivery of AN-2 airplanes for Cuba has been made in 1987 before disintegration of the USSR. The new contract is an original anniversary of relations between Russia and Cuba.
