Villavicencio Airport, Colombia - It was a privilege to see so many operational DC3's at one place. I have found some history on this aircraft. This example was formerly operated by Transamazonica, Taxi Aereo el Venado and Lineas Aereas La Urraca and Avianca in Colombia.. Prior to Colombia it was registered in Brasil as PP-ANG (1961-1966) and tracking back further was registered as NC50037 in the USA (1946). It was originally delivered to the US Army Air Force as 41-7808 in April 1942
